YAHSHUA OUR LORD

Just to make my view plain and simple-Yahweh is the creator of all things good and we have no need to duplicate babylon’s resources to express the Kingdom of Christ.  All of our resources must originate first from the spiritual realm of heaven, which are spiritual... read more

The Law of the Diminishing Return

The seed of Yahweh’s Word planted into a good and honest heart will reap an abundant harvest and give the Sower a bountiful return on His investment. Apostle F. Nolan Ball once introduced the idea that Yahweh in not as much a giver as an investor. A giver is willing... read more

THE LAWS OF GRACE

The most popular subject circulating through the ranks of the organized and institutionalized church is the subject of grace.  Regardless of your definition of grace, and I’ve heard some really good ones, most of definitions contrast the grace of God through Yahshua... read more

About The Rock of Northwest Arkansas

The Rock of Northwest Arkansas was formed and established by Apostle Todd Murner and his wife, Autumn Murner, in November of 2001 as a non-traditional, non-denominational, five-fold ministry.  As a five-fold ministry, The Rock of NWA utilizes and incorporates apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers to provide leadership and resources to equip ecclesiae (churches), marriages, families and businesses to express the Kingdom of Christ in the earth just as Yahweh designed them in the heavens.  Therefore, The Rock is certainly unique when compared to the traditional church culture.

One of the foundational reasons for The Rock of NWA’s departure from the traditional characteristics of a denominational church is the understanding and revelation of the word, ‘church’.  When Yahshua said that He would build His church and the gates of hell would not prevail against it, the word, ‘church’, didn’t even exist.  In His day, He would have used the word, ‘ecclesia’, which interestingly refers to a legislative body of believers assembling to conduct Kingdom business for the King.  So, with that in mind, when the people who make up The Rock of Northwest Arkansas gather together, they are gathering for the purpose of maturing and equipping people to rule and reign with Christ on the earth today, especially in the areas of marriage, family and business, rather than only seeing the Kingdom of Christ futuristically established in heaven one day.

Of course, what was briefly described above would require one to challenge and change traditional mindsets and religious experiences, which have been hammered out over generations.  But, just as Yahshua was proud to be a Jew, He was driven, as a reformer, to bring them into a new and dynamic covenant relationship with Yahweh.  This new covenant would require much change from old mindsets and traditions, which were obviously rejected.  Therefore, the Rock of Northwest Arkansas is glad to identify with the body of Christ at large, but is also dedicated to an accurate Kingdom expression, characterized by apostolic reform.  This reformation begins with returning the identity and focus of the ecclesia to the original purpose of man (Genesis 1:26-28) and the righteous governance of the ecclesia through the graces given by Christ to His body through the equipping of the five-fold ministry (Ephesians 4:7-16).  However, just as in Yahshua’s day, the institutionalized and ultra-organized religious establishments of today also resist change and provide the greatest obstacle to the ecclesia of Christ being established and expressed in the earth today.

So to say that The Rock of Northwest Arkansas is non-traditional is a true statement.  A statement, however, that can only be fully understood by visiting The Rock with a good and honest heart, an open mind and a willingness to go beyond the limitations of organized religion.  Our vision is for the maturity and advancement of the body of Christ around the world, glorifying Yahshua, the King and His Kingdom through strong ecclesiae, marriages, families and businesses.
